Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed immediately once confirmed and sent into production.

  • No cancellations can be made after an order is confirmed.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders typically take 6–7 business days from the date of confirmation for the product to reach you.

  • Local Delivery (Lebanon): Orders are handled through our courier partners. Delivery fees apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we primarily serve Lebanon. If you wish to place an international order, please contact us at unwearables.lb@gmail.com before ordering to check availability and rates.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available, we will include the tracking number and link.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Events outside our control (such as strikes, weather, or political events).


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong product or print, please email us within 2 days of delivery at unwearables.lb@gmail.com with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement in line with our Return & Refund Policy (check our refund policy).
